Why is it harder for women to do push ups then men?

Question: Why is it harder for women to do push ups then men?

Answer: Pushups are more to do with strength rather than gender. Try increasing the LIMIT STRENGTH(Limit strength is your ability to produce maximum force voluntarily in a given action) . Beginners can literally increase limit strength with less than 50% of their one-repetition max. Training heavy compound movements develops limit strength. Ex : Squats, Deadlifts .

So if you are able to deadlift 100 Kg, im sure relatively it becomes easy to lift your body weight slowly. SO BUILDING STRENGTH REMAINS FOUNDATIONAL.

2. Start with Half body weight, like knee push ups and progressively build strength to do full range motion Push ups after you keep improving your strength.

This remains unbiased for Men and Women equally though their anatomy hugely differs.
