What is the best diet to have in night so that a person can have a good sleep

Question: What is the best diet to have in night so that a person can have a good sleep

Answer: Hi, Im Sports Nutrition coach. Our bodies recover during a good sleep. Our body undergoes tremendous stress for not sleeping and produces stress hormones and puts our body in a catabolic state. High-quality sleep doesn't just happen accidentally and you can't control exactly how much sleep you actually get. You have to make it happen by building solid sleep habits.
