2 month transformation story.. My journey with crunches started on September 15th and then I fell off the wagon a lot in the first 15 days. But I bounced back and here I stand 7kg lighter..

Baba Raj once said, "Don't just be a cardio girl" 😉 and this is the mantra I repeat over n over again. Started lifting weights and am in love with strength training now.. structured nutrition and weight training made me lose 7 kg and 12 inches all over in just 2 months..

I can't thank you enough Raj and Krishna Teja for their awesome nutrition and workout plans and their continuous follow-up. Looking forward to get more fitter and healthier with Crunches.. new year resolution.. already started 😀
