I feel I am putting lot of pressure on my knees while doing squats

Question: I feel I am putting lot of pressure on my knees while doing squats. Sometimes I feel I have a knee pain at the end. Can you throw some light on this topic.



Answer: I am a specialist in exercise Therapy. Many people complain about knee pain when they squat. Ruling out low Vitamin D, Calcium deficiencies, and medical related conditions consider this Exercise physiology. Now, I want to recommend right exercises to overcome each condition to do a perfect pain free squat. That include resistance bands trainings for your Hip mobility etc...Lets take the right path to diagnose, investigate and fix the problem rather avoiding squats.
