Answer:  Firstly sugar is sugar irrespective its coming from leaf (Stevia), fruit(Fructose) , Natural (Honey), Artificial(refined sugar). Consuming fructose increases your hunger and desire for food more than glucose, the main type of sugar found in starchy foods. Excessive fructose consumption may cause resistance to leptin, an important hormone that regulates hunger and tells your body to stop eating.

"Gur" or jaggery is cane sugar. It is considered a non-centrifugal sugar because unlike other processed cane sugars it is not spun which keeps the molasses and the nutrients intact It also contains iron and other trace mineral salts. unlike traditional cane sugar jaggery has digestive benefits as it activates the digestive enzymes and changes to acetic acid once in the stomach which helps speed up digestion.
