You'll get advised to eat 1200 calories a day.
You'll get advised to avoid carbs and fats. And pretty much every food you enjoy. There's 99% chances you won't feel good and 99.9% chances you won't be able to keep it in the long term.
Here's this family called crunches, I got to know about this through my friend. Firstly I wasn't sure that it'd work for me. But once I spoke to the team, I understood.

I dont calling it a transformation story, rather call it strength building story: I am not an aerobics or Cardio girl anymore.
The first day I met Raj and the crunches family I said i dont have strength and dont wanna weight Train, i did not have that mindset, Now not a day goes by without lifting weights. One line told by Ẅäńďệŕŀüṩẗ Ŕäj changed my mindset “Its so easy to die with weakness without exploring the strength of your body and its capabilities” . Here i am now Lifting dead weight at 75 Kg. 2.5 Kgs weight to 75 Kg was an amazing journey. I do planks with 60 KG
I was running, running and running on cardio machines, Parks, Streets, counting steps, calories, Taking stairs what not I tried Keto diet, Cut Carbs, May be everything. Finally I Stopped running now simple; Lifting weights every single day. People ask me if I am a sports women or an Athlete. Thanks guys for getting me better every day, My perception towards changed.
When I got offtrack, you motivated me, Made me look beautiful , Build my strength, Gave me a balanced diet, Build health, What not pretty much everything a life can deserve. Change the world guys, Im sure you will

43 days of working with this team, made me realize a eighth wonder does exist.., which is even I can lose weight.🐷

Started with 71.6 and now I'm at 65.2
As I mentioned, it's just not only about weight loss, it's also about self love and change of habits.😄
